Hill’s Loyalty Scheme

Hill’s offer a loyalty scheme which means you can earn money back on your purchases.

First of all you will need to register online and open a Hill’s Loyalty account by visiting the or by scanning the QR code on the flier you have been given in the practice or click on the image below to open the flier.

Once your Hills account is open, each time you purchase your Hill’s food from us, you will need to log into your Hill’s account and upload a scan of the product barcode you’ve received (or you can enter the barcode manually), and then scan your invoice from us to show proof of purchase, entering our unique practice code which is 18462.

NB: when purchasing full trays of cans you only need to enter one barcode entry per 12 cans. So if you purchase 12 cans you would enter the barcode once; for 24 cans you would enter the barcode twice.

Hill’s will then review your purchase to ensure it qualifies (to confirm that the purchase is from us, as vet practice purchases only qualify), and they will then credit your Hill’s account with the reward funds (as per the table below) within 7 days.

You can scan your products and invoices in at any time, and once the balance on your Hill’s account reaches £24 you can then request this is transferred to your bank, or you can leave it to continue to accumulate in your Hill’s account.
