From 1 January 2025 our Wellness Plans have been restructured – for new sign ups.
NB: Clients signed up to the Wellness Plan prior to 1 January 2025 will remain on the previous plans until their month of renewal is due at any point during 2025.
- Dog Wellness Plan – we now offer a Puppy plan and 4 weight related adult plans making it even more tailored to you and your pet. Additional pet discount still applies. And home delivery options are available across all the adult plans.
- Cat and Rabbit Wellness Plans – these remain the same. Additional pet discount still applies. And home delivery options are available for adult cats.

What is the Home Delivery option?
Adult dogs and adult cats can go on to our Home Delivery Plans which means that you will automatically receive your flea and wormers posted out to your home address every 3 months, for your convenience. You will receive notification to let you know your delivery is on its way.
All Home Delivery Plans are £2 per month extra on the standard plans, as above. You can sign up for the home delivery plans in the usual way – as below.
If you are already on a standard Wellness Plan for your adult dog or cat and would like to upgrade to the home delivery plan for your pet(s) please email us on rachel@stationhousevets.co.uk

How do I join?
To join the Station House Vets Wellness Plan, complete the online application or ask for a paper application form in the practice.
The first monthly payment is direct to us on sign up and all subsequent payments are via direct debit on a date of your choice (1st or 15th of every month).
Your membership of the Wellness Plan only starts once you have signed up to the direct debit which you can do online or in the practice on our customised tablet or using a paper sign up form.
If you sign up for your direct debit online you will need to call us to make the first month payment; alternatively we will give you a call. If you sign up in the practice, you can pay the first monthly payment on the day.
^^Once you’ve signed up you will be sent a welcome email with full details of the Standard Plan or the Home Delivery Plan. You have 2 weeks from sign-up to cancel should you want to.^^
Please note the Station House Vets Wellness Plan is not a pet insurance policy. We recommend you take out your own pet insurance alongside the Wellness Plan, and your pet should then be covered for all costly eventualities.
