Equine zone visits
What are zone visits?
Zone visits are available to all of our existing clients and offer you the opportunity to have a pre-booked visit at a reduced fee of £20 per horse on the days we area already visiting the area.
What type of appointments are covered by zone vists?
Zone visits are available for the following routine appointments:
– Dentistry
– Vaccinations
– Repeat prescription checks
– Consultations
– Sedation appointments
– Re-examination
– Blood samples
– Microchipping
– Passport and identification
Please note : visits to the same yard of 5 or more horses will continue to benefit from no visit fee whether it is on a zone visit day or not.
Zone visit days
Below are our zone visit days for September and October. We will update these regularly – at least 6 weeks in advance.
Further below you will find a map so you can see the zone visit areas corresponding to the zone visit dates below.
- Identify which zone you’re horse is located in using the zoned map below
- Identify a date we are visiting your zone/area in the table that corresponds to where your horse is located
- Complete the short form at the bottom of the page with your zone (or postcode/w3w location of your horse if you are unsure which zone you fall under), and your preferred date; or call/email/WhatsApp us as below.
- Our equine team will contact you to book your appointment and confirm.

Zone areas
We’ve divided our postcode areas covered into seven zones. Use the map below to identify which zone you fall in (if you’re unsure give us a call or drop us a WhatsApp).
We plan to visit each zone approximately once a month.

- Procedures/services offered as above only included
- All treatments and medicines are additional charge
- Appointment must be booked at least 2 days before
- Available to existing clients who are up to date with invoice payments
- New clients will be asked to prepay the zone visit charge
- You/someone will need to be available all morning or afternoon on the date agreed
- One hour appointment slot will be confirmed the day before the appointment
- The attending vet may change at the last minute
- Emergencies are not included in zone visits
Please note:
For any other service not listed, if you require a specific time on a specific day, or you require or prefer a specific vet you will need to book a regular visit as zone visits cannot meet these requirements.
