Hill’s t/d works by using a unique, triple-action fibre matrix kibble that acts like a toothbrush to clean teeth. The large, specially designed kibble allows a dog’s tooth to penetrate deeply before it crumbles, and the interlocking fibres scrub the surface of the tooth as it chews to remove plaque, stains, and tartar buildup all the way to the gum line. This is combined with complete and balanced nutrition that also supports your dog’s overall oral health.
How the kibble works :
Penetrates and scrubs:
- Unlike regular dry food that shatters, the t/d kibble is designed so a dog’s tooth sinks into it, allowing the interlocking fibres to scrub the tooth’s surface clean as the kibble breaks down.
Cleans to the gum line:
- The specific size, shape, and texture of the kibble are designed to clean effectively up to the gum line to help promote healthy gums.
Helps freshen breath:
