Welcome to our new website!

As you will see we have rebranded Station House Vets with a fresh new look at the same time as launching the new website.

Since taking over the practice in June 2021. as Great and Small Limited, we have been working hard behind the scenes to update our equipment and facilities.

We also felt it was a good time to have a refresh of the look and feel of the practice.

The new website will showcase the full range of services we offer for dogs, cats, small pets and horses; it is in its early stages and we will keep it updated and developed, adding in much more information about the services we offer, so check back regularly to see what’s been updated.

Whilst we have refreshed our look and our website, our core values remain the same:

• independent practice
• continuity of care
• maintaining the traditional ‘family GP’ approach
• providing our own out of hours 365 days per year, 24 hours per day

So you can continue to expect the best care every time.

You will see other aspects of the practice being updated to the new branding over the course of the next few weeks.

Covid-19 arrangements for Winter 2021.

In light of the latest COVID guidance issued, we are updating our COVID procedures.

THANK YOU to everyone who came to see us at the Welburn Christmas Fair yesterday. It was lovely to chat to you about all your lovely pets, past and present.

The colouring competition is still open. You can download it from our Facebook page or collect a sheet from the practice. Closing date is 10th December 2021. Entry is just 50 pence and all funds go to the very worthy York Riding For The Disabled.

The number of dog treats in the jar was 151. The closest guess was 148 and the winner has been contacted and collecting her prize this week.

Another improvement we’re introducing is automated vaccination reminders for all your small furries!

Anyone due a vaccination from 1 December will now start to receive automatic reminders.

We have spent a lot of time working on this new service to try and ensure it is 100% correct, but please bear with us if we do have any teething problems!
